Charitable Initiatives

Sapers & Wallack firmly believes in supporting multiple charitable initiatives in the communities where the company does business and where our employees reside. Not only are we committed to our community, but we also support a revenue based charitable initiative and a client advisor referral program. We have listed below a selection of the charities recently we’ve supported.

Commitment to Community

Sapers & Wallack has a long and highly respected history of commitment to the community and to community leadership. Among the many organizations which have benefited from financial support and active participation are the Anti-Defamation League, the Combined Jewish Philanthropies, Roxbury Community College, Beth Israel Hospital, The Newton Schools Foundation, The Jewish National Fund and Facing History and Ourselves.

The company also has helped numerous non-profits set up their endowments, stretch their dollars and provide for communities all around New England. Sapers & Wallack has created unique charitable giving concepts utilized by non-profits across the state. By applying our deep knowledge of available products and the needs of donors and helping organizations understand their options, we have helped numerous non-profits fulfill their goals. Sapers & Wallack’s newest division is Charitable Concepts, which designs and installs programs providing charities with the ability to secure greater returns on fixed dollar investments. The programs help non-profits better handle charitable annuities and raise large endowments for their foundations.

Revenue-based Charitable Initiative

Sapers & Wallack created a revenue-based charitable initiative. Rare in the industry, Sapers & Wallack donates 1% of its annual gross revenue, with a minimum of $100,000, to qualified charities. The initiative is calculated within each fiscal year and funds are distributed among the selected charities.

Client and Advisor Referral Program

We are always looking for new opportunities to become involved in non-profit organizations that our clients support. One of the most significant ways we do this is through the development of our charitable referral program. Our charitable referral program is utilized when a client or advisor refers new business to us. As a way show our gratitude for this recommendation, we make a contribution to a charity designated by the referring party for each referral.

Employee Matching Program

The company matches any employee’s charitable contributions. We also rally as a company during the holidays and throughout the year to participate in giving programs, like Coats for Kids, Reach out and Read and others to benefit our neighbors who are in need.
