
Aviva E. Sapers is the CEO of Sapers & Wallack, a third-generation insurance, benefits and investment management firm. Integrity is at the root of the family business, which was founded by Aviva’s grandfather, Abraham Sapers, in 1932.
Under Aviva’s leadership, Sapers & Wallack takes a team approach to create comprehensive, cost-effective solutions to clients. Their attention to compliance and communication helps provide peace of mind to her clients while increasing the appreciation by the employees. Aviva and her team of experts serve hundreds of clients including Fortune 1000 corporations, non-profit organizations, closely held firms, venture-backed start-ups and private individuals. Recognized as a premier leader in women run businesses in New England, many of Aviva’s employees have been with Sapers & Wallack for 15 years or longer.
Aviva is a member of The Commonwealth Institute, The Boston Estate Planning Council, and serves on the boards of The Combined Jewish Philanthropies of Greater Boston and the Jewish Community Relations Council, as well as the Presidential Advisory Board for Berklee College of Music.
Aviva earned a B.A. from Colby College and an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School. She received degrees of Chartered Life Underwriters and Chartered Financial Consultant from The American College, has her Certification in Long Term Care and is a licensed Insurance Advisor. She became licensed with The National Association of Security Dealers in 1985 and is a member of The Million Dollar Round Table’s Court of Table and The Association of Advanced Life Underwriters and NALU.
