Nancy MacDonald

Nancy MacDonald is the Vice President for the Benefit Planning & Administration department. Nancy MacDonald’s department is responsible for maintaining executive benefit plans for our corporate clients and managing individual insurance policies including life insurance and annuities, long term care and long term disability insurance. The BP&A team acts as the primary interface with insurance carriers, continuously monitoring new product developments and pricing to provide our clients with the most competitive pricing and services.

Nancy MacDonald has over 25 years of experience in executive compensation and benefits planning. Before joining Sapers & Wallack in 2009, she was Vice President for Phoenix Life, where she built the executive benefits platform and directed the design and implementation of concepts to recruit, retain and reward key executives. Nancy MacDonald has also held similar positions at Principal Financial Group, American Financial Systems and Baker and Lander Insurance Agency.

Nancy MacDonald is a graduate of Mount Ida College and holds securities licenses series 6 and series 26. She is a founding member of Women in Corporate Owned Life Insurance (COLI) and is a member of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU).
