Paula Drozdal Connors

Paula Drozdal Connors, Senior Vice President advises our clients on all aspects of group benefit plans including plan design, benefit funding methods, compliance issues, consumer directed programs and wellness initiatives. Paula Drozdal Connors serves on the broker advisory boards of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Tufts Health Care and Delta Dental. She is also a member of Aetna’s National Broker Advisory Council. Paula Drozdal Connors has been with Sapers & Wallack for over twenty years.

Paula Drozdal Connors has earned the Chartered Life Underwriter designation from the American College. She is a graduate of Colby College in Waterville, Maine and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from The George Washington University. Paula Drozdal Connors is a member of New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC) and Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA).
