In accordance with Massachusetts Data Security Regulations (201 CMR 17.00), as well as the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (the HITECH Act), Sapers & Wallack has developed and implemented a comprehensive, written information security program (“WISP”). These security measures include administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of personally identifiable information as defined in the Regulations that Sapers & Wallack receives from its employees and clients.

Sapers & Wallack is engaged in an active and ongoing program to comply with Massachusetts data security law, HIPAA HITECH and to protect the information entrusted to us by our clients, employees and third party vendors.
